480. Editor The last 80 or so signatures were signed by the same man. He has been traced and it turns out he is actually a resident of a mental institution in Texas. He seems to spend large portions of his day tied to a chair and littering similar petitions with the same nonsense. The only thing we can hope for is that this poor man makes a speedy and healthy recovery. The petition has only been in effect for a few moths and has garnered over 300 legitimate signatures which will be tallied and placed onto a roster.
