FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (AP) Firefighters practicing how to use the Jaws of Life brought an early death to an innocent Honda Accord.
Antonio Rocha, 32, parked his 1986 black coupe behind the fire department's headquarters Friday morning, next to two cars that had been supplied for the Jaws of Life exercise. The life-saving equipment is used to extract passengers from mangled vehicles.

Of course, Ted Kennedy denies having any part in THIS destroyed car. He swears up and down, no part in this. We can't blame everything that happens in Tax-a-chuttses on the Kennedys.

I wonder....
This happened in Boston, the same place where union guys went into the voting booths with voters to help them vote. Putting on some tinfoil just for the fun-of-it, could Antonio Rocha have been one of those voters that refused to vote the right...er...'left' way?

Cold brew under fire: More stations ban beer, long a part of firefighters' lifestyle Years ago, then-teenager Ron Naab and a few fellow firefighters regularly played cards and drank beer until the wee hours at the Allenton fire station in Washington County.
"Used to be you never cared if you had a beer or not when you went on a call," said Naab, a firefighter dating to the days when the drinking age was 18 and now the president of the Badger Firemen Association, representing volunteer and paid-on-call firefighters in Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Sheboygan and Fond du Lac counties.

Something tells me this fellow ignored a "No Parking" sign, assuming that the worst that could happen was that he'd get a ticket. Assumption is the mother of all . . .
