Losing Democrat candidate calls Republicans "GESTAPO", Party Leader "FUHRER".
Marion County, Florida
Democrat Darlene Weesner, who lost her bid for county commissioner on Tuesday, said "Republican-controlled" gated retirement communities didn't allow her inside to get her message to them.
"Marion County is now under siege by the Gestapo, and the Fuhrer is the leader of the Republican Party," said Weesner, referring to Harris. "All I can tell you is the community is missing out on the wonderful plans I had in store for all of us."
Note: Commissioner Harris is the local GOP Party Chairman and designer on the Florida "Choose Life" license plate.
FULL STORY
The local Liberal, Controlled Press, New York times owned "STAR BLUNDER" supported Weesner, an advocate of the radical U.N. environmental Agenda 21, that eliminates freedom and property rights.
There is one name in Marion County that has consistently surfaced when it comes to understanding growth, its impact and how to better rein it in.
That name is Darlene Weesner, 67, artist, educator, author and, most notably, an unyielding advocate of smart growth who is the Democratic candidate for Marion County Commission District 2. . . . . .
The bottom line, though, is not campaign spending. It is that Weesner has not only talked the talk but walked the walk. She has lived in Marion County for 40 years and been active in lobbying public officials to protect our community against reckless development that can threaten our water supplies or beautiful countryside.
If voters haven't heard opponents refer to Weesner as a "tree hugger," they haven't been out and about. Indeed, she is very devoted to protecting the environment. As she explained, "The environment supports everything else."
Weesner is well educated and holds a master's degree in supervision/administration from Rollins College. She has been involved in countless local programs and events designed to help residents become more familiar with their surroundings in Marion County. She was the driving force behind the formation of SHASTA, the Shady Historical and Scenic Trails Association. And she was a visible proponent of the scenic roads ordinance. She has made two previous bids for this office, once in 1986 and in 1990 as a write-in candidate.
Weesner told us she has a vision of unity - unity among commissioners and Marion County residents. She understands growth cannot and should not be stopped. But she believes there's a better way to direct growth to more suitable areas. She also believes the county has a right to expect consistent, well-conceived standards. . . . .
We urge voters to put Weesner to work on Nov. 5 - officially.

..........said "Republican-controlled" gated retirement communities didn't allow her inside to get her message to them. In some communities, as in where I live, gates serve the purpose of keeping riffraff out. Seems the gates did their job in Marion County ;-)

LOL! You know, the day after our primaries, a piece was read on air about something from the Green party caucus the night before. Seems that the Greens wanted to urge their delegates to consider ALL genders when selecting candidates. They reminded their delegates that there were TWELVE, count 'em, TWELVE different genders. Go figure that one out.
12 genders? Let's see now, Steve Goodman said there are:
Men who love women who love men
there are women who love women now and then
there are men who love men because they can't pretend
to be men who love women who love men.
That's nowhere near twelve, I don't know how you come up with that many.

Run left, you ninnies! Run left! That is what the country wants, more attempts to take God out of the Pledge of Alleigance, more laws limiting your right to build on your land because the gray turd-roller bug lives there, more homos giving first hand demonstrations to 7 year olds, more judges that ignore the law for the convenience of the Rat party, abortions for 12 year olds brought in by the man who raped her at a charitable hospital.
Yea, that's what we want.
NOT!

Hummmmmm, I hope all twelve types become Green Party Canidates and run against Daschel in 2004.

Or so I've been told by all those intellectuals at university. . .did they lie to me? Well, yeah. Strictly speaking gender is a grammatical category, it is an attribute of words. In the Germanic languages it assumes ONE of the states: masculine, feminine or neuter. In the modern romance languages masculine or feminine. (Latin had a neuter gender.) Sex is a biological category. In mammals it is either male or female.
Mammals not fitting into one of these two categories are misfits

They reminded their delegates that there were TWELVE, count 'em, TWELVE different genders. Go figure that one out.
Here is how they arrived at that>>>>> Last time I checked there were only 3 genders, masculine, feminine and neuter. There are ony 2 sexes..male and female.
3 X 2=6
6 liberals plus 6 conservatives = 12. Voila! Its the new math!

You may want to alert James Taranto of
OpinionJournal.com's "Best of The Web Today" feature about that quote. It will doubtless go under the subheading, "If She Was a Republican, This Would Be Hate Speech."
Taranto has been piling on DU lately. It's pretty darn funny.

"All I can tell you is the community is missing out on the wonderful plans I had in store for all of us." Weesner told us she has a vision
Ughhhh...What is it with these liberals?...They always have the vision, and they always need to share it....Go away and drop dead(figurativly)

...there were TWELVE, count 'em, TWELVE different genders. Go figure that one out. It's sorta like those old Crayolas we grew up with where one crayon was called "green-blue" and another was called "blue-green" and, if your parents were rich Republicans who got you the deluxe 128-crayon set, you also got "aquamarine".

I found this on google:
Grammatical "gender" is just a generic term used in describing
languages. It doesn't have to be male vs. female. Some scandinavian
languages have grammatical "gender" in which the "genders" are
"neutral" and "neuter". Swahili has 12 "genders", AFAIK. And you can
argue that languages that use classifiers (e.g. Chinese, Japanese,
Vietnamese) have different "genders" for nouns with different
classifiers. That would give dozens of "genders" to these languages!
And some nouns would have more than one "gender", depending on
context.
