I don't know what Clinton knew or even have a strong opinion about how the plane crashed. However, I'm certain that Clinton would have wanted to avoid the finding of a missile. The people had been lulled into forgetting that the first job of government is to protect us from foreign enemies, and Clinton knew that if they remembered, they'd turn him out of office.
