It's Official, The Dems have no principles, just a lust for power.

Well the great debate is on in the Democratic Party, should they go with Frost or Pelosi? This translates, as the pundits will tell you ad nauseum, should they move right or left?

This begs the question what do they believe in? They have no message, no agenda, and now they are debating where they should move their "ideology" to best regain power.

So they are admitting they don't stand for anything, just whatever will get them back in control of your wallet. They will sell you a bill of goods just to lull you into a false sense of security.

Be sure though, that if they do con the populace and regain power, the move to the left will be swift and vicious.

There is absolutely no chance, no way, Frost or anyone else is going to keep Pelosi from minority leader.

She's worked up through the ranks,

she's 'next in line' in terms of the hierarchy of positions,

she's got lots of chits in terms of helping out other dems' campaigns,

she's a woman,

and she voted along with a majority of other dems against the war resolution.

That last, was when Gephardt lost the minority leadership spot.

I think the dems' House caucus is on Thursday No 14, so mark your calendar. It's done. She will be the minority leader.

I watched a rather pathetic press conferance with Frost and the subject was why he would make a good minority leader. His claim was he could be effective because he can work with Republicans. He doesn't have a clue that his party isn't interested in working together.

I watched it and started to come away impressed with the guy. Until........he had to remind the fishwrap scribes that he had near 100 percent approval ratings from minority groups and womens groups. That told me all there needed to be said.

Some of those nutso black caucus Democrats must be the most senior members in the house now, eh? Well, Cynthia McKinney lost. But there's still Maxine Waters and Charlie Rangel. Why no leadership posts for them?

Actually, in my "Official Punditry Decoder Book", it translates "should they move left or lefter?" bwhahahaha (Just move. That's all I ask. And please, let it be Pelosi!) :o) fsf

Frost is anti-gun, pro-partial birth abortion, pro-tax increases. If he's to the right of Pelosi, it isn't very far to the right. Maybe on the terrorism issue only.

Hey, gimme a break, we all knew it, it's just that the Dem's have just officially admitted it.

Besides, read Peggy Noonan today, she says much the same thing, though much more eloquently than I.
