Tom Daschle said he was seriously considering a job offer from Fox networks to be Hanks Father, Cotton Hills, stunt double in their new series of King of the Hill. Cotton lost his shins "defending Texas in World War II." An insider at Fox leaked that Daschle would have to wear Cuban heels to meet the height requirements.
