WHat the hell is that???" A mistake by the prosecuter. By giving the jury a lesser charge to act on, they split the difference. They obviously didn't feel that their case for theft was strong enough or were just plain greedy.

The Judge just order the jury that they are not allowed to do any kind of interview for 90 days???
