maybe tone it down a bit? also, overconfidence is not necessarily a good thing. it often causes complacency.
finally, when dealing with democrats, they will f()ck with the voting machines until the get what they're looking for; it is called voter fraud. i'll wait until my guys are sworn in.

Somewhere, somebody named Hillary is beating the crap out of somebody named Bill.

Bububut - Senator Tommy Daschle just predicted he'd pick up a seat in the Senate, on FNC. He couldn't be wrong could he??
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA < / maniacal laugh>

Astute stock market watchers would have noticed that the "smart/big" money were betting the last several weeks that the GOP would win the senate.

I think a quote from a muscular Republican is timely...
Mongol General: Conan, what is best in life?
Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of the women!
Mongol General: That is good.

I'm very excited about what's happening - I am hoping this will continue for California!
Our turnout was low in San Diego County (according to a news report), even though my precinct seemed to be doing a good brisk business. A low turnout is supposed to be good for repubs, so I'm hoping the dems were so fed up with Davis, they stayed home.

If the Republicans do indeed gain control of both houses of congress, I sure hope they make good use of that advantage (confirm judges, cut taxes, etc) rather than sit around with their thumbs up their a___s like some Republican senators have been known to do.

Dass-hole and slave-hardt look really bad tonight
I think the Presidential dreams of both just ended up on the front of a blue dress.
Give me Talent and Thune and I can go home happy.
Try to spin this, Carville. You should have married Marlee Matlin - the deaf actress.

Not only cut taxes but drastically cut spending. We need to get rid of the deficit once and for all.

Tsunami won in Hawaii? Great!
To: AmericaUnited
Hardly a tsunami. Nothing has really changed.
Even Rush agrees with the characterization of
a slight breeze.

The utterly shameless and dispicable NYTimes is already trying to spin this as there were no real issues and hence no voter interest. Idiots! That's why record/heavy turnouts are being reported all over.
