A surprisingly bad night for Republicans in Tennessee. We maintain the Senate seat (currently Republican - stays Republican), lose the Governor's seat (currently Republican) to the Dems and lose one Congressional seat (currently Republican) to the Dems. Sad night. Al Gore will take the credit but it was a handful of RINOs who did us in.

Breseden (spit!)...what the h*ll is WRONG with the idiot Republicans that crossed over to vote for this corrupt piece of slime from up NORTH! You'll wish you had Sundquist back after a few months of this #@%&! (Voted for Hilleary, but he was a weak candidate.) I can live with it, as long as the President sends a whole boat load of conservative judges through the Senate by Christmas...what a GREAT present that would be! A crushing victory for Republicans nationwide tonight makes me feel a little better about Tennessee...

Sad night. Exactly the same thing is happening in NM if (as seems likely) Heather Wilson loses.
