Remember that ALL of the Senate ballots have to be counted by hand, one at a time. unlike the optical scan ballots where you get a total of votes at the end of the day.

<DUh>we should adopt a scortched earth policy if we are to survive as a political party, and as Americans. </DUh>

I suggest you start by turning the flamethrower around so that it faces forward.

Do the Coleman tallies include absentee votes? Or are they kept aside until regular ballots are counted.

Well, they were actually pretty good size balloon goblets. LOL. I would have had more but I was rushing back and forth from the TV to the computer. I've had a bunch of spinach-artichoke dip and wheat thins too.

How come they always use profanity in public.

I am the first to admit around my home(no children) I have a sailors mouth but not in public.

Thank goodness for term limits (in this case). Too bad Arnold didn't run for Gov. in THIS race instead of Simon...

Arnold was considering entering the race. Gray Davis’ operatives had some Clinton-style dirt on Arnie and gleefully faxed it to reporters before the filing deadline. Arnie wisely bowed out. It he behaves himself over the next four years, he is eminently electable in 2006.

I believe that the absentees are counted at the same time as the vote-in-person ballots.
