Skip Humphrey on KSTP TV said that if the vote is close enough, there are ways to pull a win out of the hat....here come the lawsuits........
It's only 27% of the precincts, most of which are in solidly Republican El Paso county. I don't think the numbers include much of Arapahoe County, which is where Denver is. If the race is close there, Allard should do OK. If Strickland has a hefty lead there, he probably wins.
