Just voted for Bob Ehrlich in Salisbury and feel great about his chances. Both candidates focused almost exclusively on Mont. and PG counties. Are voters on the Shore used to being ignored? Did Ehrlich or KKT make any campaign appearances in your area, and did you see any ads run on local Sailsbury TV? Also, due to its higher black population, doesn't Sailsbury lean Democratic relative to the rest of the Shore? Sorry for the crossfire; just curious.
Mitt got one in MA from me. Funny, the Congressman is running a Saddam election....but he did not get 100% because I wrote in my neighbor's name!

Voted for Talent, over Carnahan, this morning. In rural southwest Missouri the voter turnout was NOT light. There were lines, which I don't normally see. This is a good thing since we are a Republican area.

On the voter verification, it's worse here in Mass. All I have to do is give my address and name. I don't have to sign anything. I don't even have to show an ID. My wife and I were talking in line to vote about how easy it would be vote in someone elses name.

Voted five minutes after the polls opened here in Mississippi. There were already at least 15 voters ahead of me in this heavily Republican district. Looks like Chip Pickering (R) will get his revenge against the party that slandered his father.

I voted at 7:00 AM EST.
I voted for all the Rep. candidates, and voted NO on the Florida Supreme Court Justices and NO on all but three of the Florida Constitutional Amendments.
I also found out that I am no longer in Florida Congressional District 7, but in Florida Congressional District 3, more info about this at the following link:

I waited 45 minutes in East Orlando Fl. to vote. The long line didn't seem to deter folks. They were there to vote! Go Jeb! Go!!!

Voted at 7:15 in Apex, NC this morning. The polls had been open in our heavily Republican precinct since 6:30 and there were already nearly 300 voters.

Voted around 0715 down here in Bradenton, FL.
Beautiful day to go to the polls.
Had the opportunity to vote for Jeb Bush and Katherine Harris, as well as register a "no" vote for merit retention for Supreme Court Justice Anstead.

Well, I know at least two Repubbies are voting in Brevard today, me and the Mrs. ;^)
I'll be listening to the local AM station in a little bit. If they mention anything about turnout I'll let you know over here.

Voted on my way into work this morning. Turnout looked steady. I was number 123 at 8:30, which isn't too bad around here.
Interesting - there were no Democrats outside handing out last minute literature, but 3 Republicans. This isn't an overwhelming Republican area, so it's surprising that the Democrat machine isn't working as hard as it has in the past. (Perhaps the polls predicting Rendell's win have not fired them up.)

I went very early, but still a line at 7am. A lot of early birds that want to get it done and get to work. I've been sick the past few days with a cough and stuff . . . and I wanted to make sure I got it done. If there's ever was a time I was proud to vote, it was this morning.

This is disgraceful. I'd like to see national election reform where two pieces of ID are required. A urine sample would be optional. ;-p

Go Jeb! Go!!!........ Took 20 minutes to vote in West Broward County. We have the longest ballot in FL with lots of Broward Amendments.

Voter #277 in Morrisville precinct. Straight Republican. I have a bad feeling though.
To: Dales
Voted absentee two weeks ago, as I work from 6am until God only knows when today, and will be in and out of the county throughout the day. Voted straight Republican ( McConnell, Northup, etc.); see the Kentucky profile page to see how I voted and encouraged others to do in the nonpartisan, other choices on the ballot.

What's to prevent someone from saying they are you? If anyone knows your birthdate and address, they can say they are you and vote. Hopefully Prop 1 will solve that. I agree. That seems to be the best reason for supporting prop 1. To help prevent voter fraud. Besides, it would make dems HAVE to read and KNOW who they are voting for! lol
To: Dales
I also just voted for Mike Fisher. Also Kathy Watson. But didn't vote for Rep. Greenwood or State Sen. Conti. Left those blank. I need a REAL Republican choice.

Powder..Patch..Ball FIRE!
Voted at 6;42am this morning! Polling place was packed for that time of the morning I was #52. Saw some of the widders people out in the DRIVING RAIN holding signs. I honked and when they looked at me I held up my Talent sign. Needless to say they weren't to happy about that!
