Hello, all. Just voted and checking in. I haven't read any of your posts yet, but somehow I have a queasy feeling about this election. Can't really put my finger on it, but I just think the RATs are prepared to commit the biggest voter fraud ever, and will do anything to win. Maybe I'm just a pessimist.

When you registered to vote, you may have designated yourself as a Republican. That's how they know.

I had to recite my address from my driver's license. It would have been impossible to drive into the precinct to recite my license plate.
All the cable news keep repeating "nail biter". I'm more of a toe picker at times like these. Fregards, FV

With trembling hands, I enter my first post. Just voted at the Rockerville Fire Hall (south of Rapid City) for our wonderful Republican candidates. Great turnout there for such a small district. This is very strong Thune country, so the turnout is a good thing. A bit of advice for voters. This is the time to vote philosophy over personality.

Rush is reporing " more irregularities " at numerous voting sites!!! Is this gonna be 2000 all over again ? I would suggest that the Repubs fire up their lawyers NOW !

call your friends....in your little town...

I vote at a little after 10 am. I'm retired and feel that we retired voters should vote between the rush hours and not at noon time. That way, working voters have a chance.
My wife who still works could not find a parking place to vote at 7:45 am to 8 am. The polling place is at a very busy school where most of the kids are dropped off since we don't have sidewalks on this side of town. So parking places before and little after 8 are hard to find. My wife will vote this evening coming home from work.
The turn out was running about the same as the last non presidential election.
I voted repubie for all candidates except one and no repubie was running and I voted for the libertarian. I voted no on all of the bond bills and no on all incumbent Judges up re appointments.

Voted my California Republican ticket except for the NRA F-rated gun-grabber Republican Bruce McPherson. Voted Libertarian there instead.

Voted before work today. Bill Simon's mistakes are alot smaller than the hell "RED" Davis has put our great state of California through the last several years. I voted "NO" on each measure too, example: 'increasing state grants', 'Redistribution of motor vehicle sales and lease revenues', Measures like these I just say "NO"! One of the cool things about voting is,you get a free drink at our local bar when you wear your "I voted" sticker AND bring in your stub.We give people grief who don't do this, and tell them to keep their mouths shut the rest of the year, as,since they didn't vote, what right do they have to complain,Right?

Good Day, JB!
Your ballot sounds like mine...Denise and her husband always come to the Friends of NRA banquet to drop a few dollars for our cause. That was enough reason to vote for her but I have to agree...she's also easy on the eyes!

Voted straight GOP here in Illinois for Jim Ryan Gov. Joe Birkett, Attorney General, Jim Durkin for US Senate and all other Republicans.
To: Dales
Just voted on the new touch screen here in Georgia. Straight republican even on the local school board.

"I took some signs and went back to my precinct;
In any case, I took care of business in my own way. All done."
Way to go JOE!

Voted in Iowa -- *against* Harkin, of course.
Voted for assorted Libertarians and Pubbies.\
NO RATS!!
No long lines at noon, but people were in there and they said they'd been busy. Election officials were checking registrations.

SINCE I CAN'T YELL, I WILL BE MIMING AT THE TV. My lovely voice is gone. LOL I've been pestering my friend in another area to vote today because I took pictures of her daughter & granddaughter with CHARLIE CRIST AND GOVERNOR BUSH. I put both pictures on one of summer's threads from yesterday. I've asked my friend to call me after she votes. She wasn't paying attention to the election until I mentioned the word TAXES to her. That changed everything.

My wife and I just logged two sets of votes for the good guys here in North Dallas. My 11-month old son was also keenly interested in voting, but I had to restrain him...
