Will a Goldgate make Watergate look like a Sunday School picnic?

Something big, yet covert, is going on in the Mohave Desert over by Las Vegas. Near there is one of the largest veins of gold in the world in the decommissioned Chocolate Mountains Gunnery Range on what was government property. Other fingers on the same hand are pointing big time to the SF Bay Area.

Possessing that trait that makes one collect money wherever and however he can, it is easy to assume that Gray Davis will be where money can be obtained. Quid pro quo, also known as Davis' "Pay to Play" scam, is so common in Saco that it is no longer news. Seldom is it even reported. That kind of person can be expected to be where the money is.

Herein are posted stories telling where Gray Davis has been and the people with whom he has associated. The character of these people can be determined from their dealings. Can the character of Governor Gray Davis be determined by the company he keeps?

I guess we'll know for sure about G.Davis' gold when he starts doing the "Walter Huston" jig.

Some facts don't fit, Chocalate Mountain and Vegas are seperated by several hundred miles.

Chocolate Mountain Impact Area (R-2507)

The Chocolate Mountain Impact Area is an unnattended/non-instrumented ordnance range located approximately 60 NMI northwest of the MCAS Yuma TACAN, Channel 84. Access to the Chocolate Mountains is by air or surface roads. See Fig 3i-1, Fig 3i-5 or map image R-2507.

I was aware of this info thru another source two years ago. Your compilation is very organized and coherent. This is an extremely complicted and convoluted scam. Congratulations on a job well done.

I notice comments on how long it is but no rage. Are Freepers becoming jaded by the criminal activities?

I know of three respected researchers that have come up with the same information. Independently, I might add, and none are living near each other. No media source nor any law enforcement agency seems moved to check the information out? WHY?

Wow. The level of detail is impressive. And it truly does smell like maybe, just maybe the next big Davis scandal!

What can we do to get to the bottom of this? With the Nathanson letters and all the other scandals (see http://www.egray.org for many nauseating examples), the water is chummed. Need a hungry journalist to tackle this... ask the right people the right questions.

Where there's smoke, there's fire.

To Reply #9: Hi, PARKFAN. It's good to see you out and about. Thanks for the good words. They are always welcome in this world of scams. I owe a big debt of thanks to those who went before me, blazing the trail.

As to your why, try Hillary's 1200 FBI files. She made it to the Senate while holding those illegal files while Congress all the while sat on their thumbs, wiggling and giggling. That bitch is dangerous with that ammunition. I don't how it would relate her, but dollars to doughnuts somebody is paying her for protection.

To Reply #9: You are correct. This Land Swap Game goes all the way from San Francisco to three counties in the Mohave Desert. I had to keep it short and went too long as it was. Also, I do not have permission to tell everything I know. But if you will read Karen Bixman's letter, you will find out about Chocolate Mountain gold -- Lotsa real Au gold.

But there is something else going on up above by Vegas. Time will tell, if our bold leaders will look into it. That would be a great job for our new Governor Simon. I, for one, would greatly appreciate a leader who would stop some of this blatant corruption.

Thanks for presenting this information. I have long suspected some dirty doings in the Mojave, especially since the "California Desert Protection Act of 1994". Anything Dianne Feinstein supports always has a hidden agenda (she is cunning and clever; do not underestimate the power of the dark side!). Shining light on these shenanigans is a great public service.

I have to partially agree with freebilly in Post #2 in that the format of the presentation could use some work to improve readability and make a clearer case. Scams like these, like most white-collar crime, often make peoples' eyes glaze over the moment they are mentioned.

To counteract that natural reaction, in the spirit of vicarious editing, I respectfully recommend the following:

1) Although I know you want people to draw their own conclusions, help us along by stating yours at the very beginning. What have you, who have obviously looked into this rather deeply, concluded? Lay out your conclusions in either the introduction or a summary immediately following the intro, as any good thesis would do. This will help people skimming the article decide if the topic interests them enough to check out your sources.

2) Lay out the case, step by step. Some parts of this are more likely than others. Start with those parts of the story that are easiest to prove and most fundamental to making the case. Present your source information in the context of these points, beginning with the most verifiable. Doing this will help people to examine the source data with an eye for what's relevant to these scams.

3) Where not enough direct source information exists to form a solid conclusion, but signs point in a given direction, say so, distinguishing speculation from facts. With that disclaimer, explain the other, indirect evidence, that has lead you to believe something that is unproven may nonetheless be true. People will key in to that and it will help lend credibility to the case.

In my callow youth, I spent a lot of time bopping around the Mojave, and consider it one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Stories like this one interest me. I am always interested when scoundrels in public office abuse the public trust to enrich themselves and their cronies (ala Teapot Dome or Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument).

This looks potentially bigger than Teapot Dome (but probably not bigger than the Escalante clean-burning coal scam), and I would like to see more investigation into this.

I am willing to bounce this back and forth on the email backchannel and help out as an amateur editor. Just send me an email if you would like to do this.

Thanks again for presenting this information!

Go everyone! This is well worth your time. I see many of you are reading it. It took me days to assimilate the convolutions here and I still read new facets into this scam. The minds that connived this are indeed devious and unrelenting! The players! So many and so well-known! I have been trying to "get it" since 2000 and it is still mind-boggeling!

Maybe with this report coming out in Free Republic, now the media will begin to do some real reporting. Real reporting sells papers too--I think they forgot that fact in their quest for feel-good news for the happy masses.

To Reply #17: Thanks, Imal for your kind words. You offer valid points, and I agree with you. Why, then, did I not so write originally? The answer is simple: I have no yearning to spend time in jail for slander. I am positive Gray Davis is in there, but my diligent, but time limited, searches revealed no concrete documents. Oh, how I would have liked to find one. My job would have been so much easier.

So I elected to lay out the available facts and pose questions to help the readers think. They can not but help to see what's going one. But lots of weasel clauses were needed.

In retrospect, I should have created a simple, eye and interest catching front page and posted that, hoping the readers would click on the original and read more. With that in mind, I did start out with gold.

I see you are well informed about the Escalante Staircase National Monument and the coal tie up. I covered that topic in my Limited Federal Government thesis and posted a discussion on FR under the title "KBD" ("Klamath Basin Document") regarding the Klamath Basin Crisis. There definitely appears to be a link there. And there, as here, simply follow the money trail. I consider this present Goldgate to be much larger than Clinton's Stairgate. With Chinagate in the picture, there are more possibile traitors in Goldgate. This could prove quite interesting.

Again, I thank you for your kind words and scholary input.
