"McCall warned that just as black voters should not vote for him because of his race, the Democratic Party should not take any voters for granted."
I like that statement.

White liberals in NY have abandoned McCall in droves. Al Sharpton, Charlie Rangel, Jesse Jackson and others are not going to forget.
Once this election is over, the infighting in the NY State Democratic Party is going to be bloody and great fun to watch. Even Hillary and Billary are going to get splattered. Schumer too.
NY's white liberals sure do like the black man, unless he's looking to become the most powerful political man in the state. That's just a little too uppity for the "Driving Miss Daisy" liberals to stomach.

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-Harlem), the Rev. Al Sharpton and McCall all griped that Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe was falling down on promised financial support for McCall's candidacy. McAuliffe has to go, I agree.

Hop off the White Dumbocrat Plantation, Mr. McCall---or are you one of those "House Slaves" Harry Belafonte was talking about? LOL, sooner or later blacks are going to realize that the Dumbocrat party leaders have no use for them other than their votes.

NY liberals want black people to know their place.
Nita Lowey knew her place and bowed out for HRC... cowardly but she's still around.
Andy Cuomo was the Clintons choice... McCall just polled higher.
They gave him lip support and dropped him like a hot potato.
White liberals love black folks... as long as they don't move next to them.

Really, for our sake let's hope they keep Terry. He may be the best thing going for Republicans.

"Move on, folks. Nothing to see. Just another case of black on black violent crime."
Clinton stabbing McCall in the back; Sharpton saying nothing. Just black on black crime. The media and the NYT aren't interested. They want white on black or Republican on black crime. Dems sticking it to McCall? Not of interest. And, none of you blacks better even think of doing anything rash. All you field hands belong to the dems and don't you ever forget it.

Terry McAuliffe thought it was wiser to throw everything into Florida....snicker snicker.
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
One must recall that the Clintons annoited McAuliffe instead of a black. Thus, the Clintons doubled their racists policies by shortchanging McCall.

Terry McAuliffe thought it was wiser to throw everything into Florida . . . Interesting point. Someone told me that one of Karl Rove's favorite election strategies is to take a sure-win state and have the Republican candidate "tank" for a while just to get the Democratic candidate's poll numbers up. Then the Democrats, thinking they have a chance to win, withdraw resources from other closely-contested states and campaign heavily in that state, only to lose both places in the end.

The Leftists cannot afford to allow blacks to have power which rivals theirs. How would that affect their control over blacks?

here, rich white liberals have been propping up a black mayor for years now! Hell, Mayor Bill Johnson is even close with Bill and Hillary (when Hillary thanks your mayor by name from NYC in her acceptance speech, you KNOW your city is liberal)
I have an acquaintance who is a highly educated black man. He told me about how he used to be on the board of a local charity, and some white liberals came up to him one night after the meeting. "Les, you're a highly educated black man, would you like to be mayor? We could put you there if you just say the right things, and we can tell you what those things are."
even though my friend is a liberal, he told them to PISS OFF

Schumer too.One caveat: NO money has ever been made being short the Clintons. It is best to assume they will assess and capitalize on whatever transpires.

A spokesman for McAuliffe did not return calls last night. :-)

What does it say about the health of the New York Democratic party when their candidate for governor gives up and starts blaming others two days before the election? I have a feeling that Terry McCauliffe is going to be history after the vote Tuesday.
The Democrats need some new leadership. Thank God they're so out of touch with reality!
