With the criteria you gave, I have 2 Chemists, 1 Dentist, 1 Laser Physics Engineering Manager, and 1 Electro Physics Engineering Manager. The 2 Chemists have the same start date. That doen't necessarily indicate a dupe. It could very well be 2 Chemists on separate applications, which may in fact be the law for that occupation.
