	Oct 29, 2002 Al-Qaida has developed a jacket that can elude security checking procedures practiced at international airports, for application in operations that require blowing up airliners, according to a report by British newspaper, Sunday Times. According to the paper, Al-Qaida developers used a normal wind breaker, and stuffed explosives inside the two layers of the polyester clothing.
