SACRAMENTO(AP) - The interim director of the Gov.'s Office of Criminal Justice Planning announced his resignation Friday after he was linked to an investigation of alleged corruption in San Joaquin County.
N. Allen Sawyer, the interim director since March and chief deputy director since March 1999, was a partner in a failed Port of Stockton power plant deal with San Joaquin County Sheriff Baxter Dunn and a former sheriff's deputy and water board member, according to an FBI affidavit.

This article shows how Davis has controlled and spike criminal investigations of politicians in Cali, and even used man who should be investigating criminal actions as an enforcer for him!
