BOSTON - Foreign teenagers' negative attitudes toward Americans are setting the stage for future terrorist attacks, Boston University professors Margaret and Melvin DeFleur said.

During a Tuesday press conference, the two journalism professors released a study they conducted of foreign teenagers' attitudes toward Americans.

C'mon: you know that all of these are commercial enterprises, and most revenue is obtained from domestic, not foreign, markets.

This would not exist if we did not like it. Jerry Springer was an enoromous success well before he went abrad. And "Jackass" has topped proceeds last week.

At the same time, according to some polls, about 11% of Americans think that Moon landing was a hoax.

It's not pleasant to look in the mirror.

The teenagers said Americans commit criminal and violent acts, lack strong family and religious values, and are materialistic, imperialistic and like to dominate. They also said that American women are sexually immoral. Except for imerialistic, most of these are on targer, as much as it pains me to say.

This country should return to its Christian roots if it wants to be healthy again.

I've had a lot of experience with exchange students that come to this country, and most of them have heard the crap that the leftists in their country are always spouting. Hosting exchange students is a good way for conservative families to show other cultures that their socialists are full of crap. All three of the boys who lived in my house when Janet Reno came for Elian were shocked, telling me that they didn't think this could happen in America. I told them I didn't think it could happen either. We had two girls from Eastern Europe, both born under communism, two years ago. We all wept with joy when President Bush was inaugurated. After GWB said, "God bless America," the girl from Albania said, "Everyone around the world knows that this is a land that God has indeed blessed."

Let the liberals who usually do the hosting be the only ones, and the hate America first crowd overseas will just grow.

My daughter went to school in London last year & found most of the students in her class were very anti-American. She studied there only one year rather than 2 like she had planned.

Argentina, Bahrain, China, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Spain and Taiwan.

That's interesting it would be Argentina. I don't think the morals in any of the other countries mentioned are especially great. China has state mandated abortions, Mexico has worse porn and a very large drug problem and illegitimacy rates that make ours seem insignificant, Italians and Spaniards make us look like prudes, Arab men don't exactly act like Puritans when they come to Las Vegas and seem to enjoy legal prostitution more than anyone. We might not be the moral nation we once were but we're still better than most of these countries.
