Wasn't Muhammad court marshaled twice?

I know I heard that in some of the initial reports after he and the illegal alien
were picked up.
I think it was also said he'd been dishonorably discharged.

I missed out of the military experience (thanks to a lung that spontaneously
collapsed four times on me in high school); I was puzzled that this reported
military career.


But I'll give Muhammed and Co. credit for getting me to grin a little bit...when I read
in The Los Angeles Times that their Chevrolet Caprice gun-carriage/snipers nest
was purchased at (I'm not making this up):
