I am not a defender of the Catholic Church and its inequities, I am a Christian who belives in the Word of God and his son, Jesus Christ.
Name calling is about what I would expect, as your rebuttal.

Sorry, when you start name calling people that you do not understand, you sound like a typical iditic religiously intolerant A-hole.
I am what I am, you are what you are, if you need to be a christian, well hurray for your side, but to call me names and be intolerant of me because I am not is not only ridiculous, it is moronic.
See the first amendment of the constitution. I have the freedom to be pagan, just as you have the freedom to be a christian. and to start spouting off when it is obvious you don't have a clue, well, expect me to get pissed.

Do some of your own homework I gave the sources, Crowley makes it clear and what I said about Crowley is his exact vision of perfection.
Read the book again, or pretend to know the truth.

Golden Dawn, Wicca, Aquarian Gospels, Stonhedge, Keys to the Mysteries by Abbe Louis Constant aka Eliphas Levi Thirty years wasted.
Golden Dawn, thought up by Crowley and Regardie. Based loosely on jewish quabbala with a little egyptian mythos thrown in.
Wicca. Loosely based off of Celtic druidism by Gerald Gardner. Also split down with older traditions that have been extant since before the Inquisition. Currently co-opted by every looney liberal cause out there.
Aquarian Gospels. If there is any evidence of some Christ figure writing his Gospel, in his own words, then I'm sure the Vatican would have already had it locked up in their vaults. It'd be right next to the Gospel of St. Thomas.
30 years and you never learned how to spell "Stonehenge"? No one is really sure who built the monument that stands there, nor what they used it for. Anyone who tells you they know for certain is probably lying.
I wouldn't have bothered replying, but you sounded like you needed help.

Yup, many are whacked and use the term Wicca very loosely.
If you dare to claim that you are Wicca, you darn better know exactly what you are talking about.
Personally, I am sick and tired of idiots abusing this religion for their own personal or political gains.

I can be a moral person without threats of eternal damnation, it is obvious that you cannot.
Therefore it is good that you are a christian, and it good that I am not. I take PERSONAL responsibility for ALL my actions, what about you? or is it still the old "the devil made me do it" attitude.
Sorry, don't mean to sound intolerant, because I am not.
Some people need threats to be moral, others do not. I happen to not need those threats.

Not to mention the little detail that Crowley was not Wiccan.
The dude was a drug addict. Some of his stuff was usefully, but you always have to take his words with a grain of salt.

Read Crowleys book of Magik. and Laveys Satanic Bible I have. And....?
Oh... and its LeVay. Anton Szandor.
As for Crowley... would you follow this man?
To: Aric2000
Why do you say that. I've done quite a bit of research on wicca, my second favorite religion, and almost every time I come across a male into wicca he's a homo. I keep thinking I can have an interesting conversation with a wiccan but that is never the case. With male wiccans it seems to be about meeting other homos. With females, it's just an anti male anti christianity chip on their shoulder though they are very often hetero.

Personally, I'm glad to see something like this. The BSA is getting way too narrow/closed minded. Hmmm... somehow they begin to remind me of the Catholic Church. The BSA hasn't change a thing. Which policies do you think are narrow/closed minded? Not letting gay men go camping with our sons?

I never said you should belive what I believe.
I have given facts that I have derived from my own research
whether the writers of the books are not in agreement with your form of belief does not mean that many people who have followed these writers have not taken up those beliefs.
Much like the Catholic Church and many so-called christian denominations to a Christian like myself, I do not agree with them, My concern is such that if we have Wiccans of the beliefs some ritulistic cults have taken on, we would not be helping children by driving them into their arms.
I only try and focus on the teachings as laid out in the Judeo-Chrisitan Bible, that does not mean I am saying we should do away with freedom of speech and religion, after all the test here is to use our free will and make choices,
I do not agree that alternatives like Wicca is a better choice than the Boy Scouts and thier foundations.
