I quickly channeled surfed all three of these Networks a few minutes ago and they ALL had negative stories about the Wellstone "Memorial Service." This looks to be a backfiring PR disaster for the Demmycrats if even the liberal networks have no choice but to report negatively on this.
BTW, CBS led into the story about that "Memorial Service" with a silly negative story about how Norm Coleman was somehow besmirching the memory of Paul Wellstone because he flew around Minnesota today in the same kind of jet that Wellstone used when he crashed. That's the worst they can say about Coleman?

Remember, this is Dan Rather we're talking about, not a true journalist!
If any such person as a true "journalist" even exists today.

Hillary looked Jubilant becasue she and Bill were on the stump again. The truth is that Hillary does love Bill and you saw how lit up she was to be with him "Campaigning" again. It is the only hold she has on him. It,she, he, are disgusting. Bad coverage is as good as good coverage, it gets them out there in front of the body snatchers.
The part in the Memorial Service where Wellstones curly headed son was screaming "We will win" and the crowd was screaming with him was chilling. OMG I hope he never runs for office.
Have you ever heard a recording of the German Nazis chanting with stiff upraised arms,"Sieg Heil, Sieg Heil, Sieg Heil"? While Albert Spear's Banners waved in the wind with thier big swastikas lining the stadium. IF I closed my eyes that is what I saw and heard. The American Nazi Party in full swing. Be afraid, they are evil.
To: cyncooper
Which is why the republicans do not need to say a word........the dems said it all at their rally.

I know how evil those two demonrats and when the SS came to my door two years ago, I was really having a good time telling them what I thought about the "commanderless in chief", and I was surprised that they knew Bill by that name! Grassontop

CBS maybe Coleman was flying in the same kind of plane today, BUT I HEARD COLEMAN SAY HE WAS IN THE EXACT SAME KIND OF PLANE WHEN HE GOT WORD OF WELLSTONE'S CRASH. Coleman also said he knew what grief was because he has lost two children.

Rush was right. It's sad on many levels.
..." When a caller asked what the problem with the "service" was, if this was what the family wanted, he said that her question was indicative of the problem itself, that we used to have common standards of decency, of "how to go on" in certain situations, and we have lost that. All in all, he was disturbed and almost at a loss for words to describe what happened, which is saying something when we're talking about Rush.

When the campaign manager of a dead man has to apologize for a 'memorial' you know the RATS are up da creek again.

I did watch the late broadcast, one thing I noticed, appears Brokaw is wearing an ill-fitting rug.
The criticism appeared mild, but I guess better than nothing from these yutzes.

It's quite possible that the Rats have overplayed their hand.

The Wellstone son sounded psychotic.

I have seen several so-called Republicans on TV today, including the so-called GOP consultant Scott Reed, basically say "No big deal". Can you believe their idiocy???? In politics and sales, when your opponent / competitor is make a damn fool of himself, the best tactic is to just keep quite.

My email letter to a reporter whose slanted story appeared in today's Sacramento Bee:
O'Rourke - I read your front-page article in today's Sac Bee. Please humor me. I watched the Wellstone "memorial" service until I could no longer stomach it. I was sure my frustrations at the democrats' despicable collective behavior would be at least addressed in your article. But I was wrong. You, like the democrats, just don't get it. Too late. It backfired. How dare you SPIN that story to fit your own sick agenda. I am disgusted with all of you! The spectacle of Bill & Hillary Clinton yucking it up, laughing, all puffed up, campaigning, waving, basking in all that democrat adoration. I mean, it was horrific. They are too warped to even know they were screwing up at the time. I kept thinking about the other families of those who died in the plane crash. How do you think they felt?! It was up to reporters such as yourself to print the real story. Instead, you wrote the headline, "Will lawmaker's death be a rallying cry for liberals?" You wish! As Governor Ventura would say: "Shame on you!"
