García, who was aided by the Mexican Consulate in Philadelphia, has until Jan. 10 to leave the country voluntarily. The judge set relatively lenient terms because García has a wife and three children in Henrico, said Jessica Peterson, a representative of Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia. If he does not leave by Jan. 10, the bond will be forfeited.

Par for the course for the INS. Will be interesting to keep track of this illegal alien and see if he forfeits the bond or returns to Mexico. We could even have a betting pool on this.

This source called them migrants?? How about illegal trespassers? How about invaders? How about Haitian citizens waiting for transportation back to their homeland?

Geesh...nobody in charge gets it. The borders should be closed. Everything that could conceivably happen to lead to that conclusion has happened. I'm seriously very afraid of what it will take for government officials to get real about a very bad situation.
