García, who was aided by the Mexican Consulate in Philadelphia, has until Jan. 10 to leave the country voluntarily. You would think that after learning about the INS f**k up of Malvo and his mother, not to mention the likelihood that Muhammad was trafficking in illegal aliens to finance his terror spree, that the INS would get both of these illegals out of the country immediately. If for no other reason, than an effort to gain some semblance of credibility.
They have no shame.

A Mexican man - seized mistakenly by Henrico County police in the sniper investigation - will be released from detention and given more than two months to leave the country voluntarily. Disband the INS...they're a waste of space and money.

The judge set relatively lenient terms because García has a wife and three children in Henrico, said Jessica Peterson,a representative of Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia. And what do you want to bet that his wife and children are here illegally, also? I KNOW I'm going to get flamed for this, but the Catholic Church is more guilty in this that any other organization. They are the ones with the ability to teach the illegals how to get welfare, food stamps, free medical care, etc, etc, etc. They get paid to do this by the taxpayers, and this HAS to stop!

If he does not leave by Jan. 10, the bond will be forfeited.Par for the course for the INS. Will be interesting to keep track of this illegal alien and see if he forfeits the bond or returns to Mexico. We could even have a betting pool on this.

García will not be able to apply for legal entry to the United States for 10 years because he stayed here illegally for more than a year Dang, if he can only hold out a little longer Dubya will let him stay and keep those mean Broder Patrol agents away from him.

Anyone willing to bet $100 he ever leaves "voluntarily?"
What kind of a farce is this? Even when fedcops have an illegal in custody - like "sniper" John Malvo - they often let them go. Often, they are simply ordered to leave.
Are native-born Americans allowed to pay their IRS liens or their speeding tickets "voluntarily?"

Are bail bondsmen involved when they release these illegal aliens on bond? If not, they should be, so bounty hunters can hunt these criminals down when they don't show up for their hearings or leave when they are supposed to.
