It was reported on the evening news that lawyers for Davis have already sent letters to Tv stations warning them not to run political ads for Simon regarding this scandal. My opinion, is that Simon should get these ads out as fast and furious as he can! It's political speech and anything goes! Davis would of course sue, but it would be a dead end.

I think I was the first person to call Gray Davis a "whore". I had a sign calling him a whore and he saw it, too. You should have seen the look on his face! Priceless! That was way back a long time ago when he came to Fresno to sign a couple of bills. He only had $6 million at that time in his war chest and I knew he was a whore. So there.
