The world wouldn't have come to an end if the US Attorney would have waited one more week. It was very stupid and hindsighted for them to do what they did. This was a 6-month, 24-week investigation, one more week wouldn't have mattered. As a matter of fact the investigation is continuing on this man and others. It was a very bad political move.

If standard procedure dictates an arrest at this point in the investigation, that's exactly what should happen. If we found that Bill Clinton instructed Janet Reno to withhold the results of an ongoing investigation so as to benefit the Dems, we'd all be irate. And rightly so.
It cannot be any different when we're talking about the GOP's actions.
