I think we should just have the meetings right here. Start an FR Anonymous (FRA) thread... How about FR Anonymous Today...
To: andrew1957
OK, this was creepy. While FR was down this afternoon, I tried to log onto DU (for entertainment purposes) and it was down, too. They both seemed to come back online at the same time. Any speculation who would want both out of commission?

That is funny, because I mentioned that I couldn't get to Drudge, etc. I just had my memory quadrupled in my laptop and things have been working faster till today!!

It appears to be more DDoS attacks on the root servers. The news stories ralk about this happening Monday. But it appears that whomever is doing the attacks did a little test last Sunday night. Odd things have been happening today and tonight too.

Don't you just love watching the green bar?

Just watch the green bar....back and forth, back and forth...you're getting sleepy, sleepy....I'm going to give you a suggestion. Everytime you log on to Freerepublic you will (you guys fill it in, I'm out of funny stuff here).

No! The Lib-Dems who orchestrated the Wellstone crash (urged on by their great success with the Torricelli situation)...
You are on to something here. More like the Carnahan/Mink situations. Leave the marter on the ballot and he will win by as much as he would have lost had he been alive. One or two closes races per cycle seem to be this way. NJ is even better. If the Torch is unworthy to run, he is obviously unworthy to serve right now.
I have made a few bad jokes today about FR flying about as well as a twin Beech in frozen drizzle over the Iron Range. I was actually trolling for an opportunity to praise Senator Wellstone for being Senator Wellstone. He left no doubt the he was a liberal. He made no aplogies. My favorite kind of liberal stands for what they believe in and believe what they stand for. It is the uninformed, kool-aid drinking posers that bother me.

Doesn't make me sleepy, just
mad! I figured it was an overload like 9-11 and I guess it was the Wellstone thing.
Now I'm sleepy and going to bed! =0)
