Thank you, Rintense. Wonderful pictures, especially love the wallpaper.

The President will indeed need his fishing boots in Crawford this weekend. It's been raining here for over a week and we are about to float away. It doesn't look good for any of those nice pictures of W in his jeans. Here's the Crawford forecast:

Thursday night: Cloudy with rain...ending overnight. Low 58F. E winds shifting to N at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 90%. Rainfall near a quarter of an inch.

Friday: Rain showers ending early with overcast skies later in the day. High around 65F. Winds NNE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%.

Friday night: Cloudy skies early with showers developing later at night. Low 56F. Winds NNE at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Saturday: Showers in the morning, then cloudy in the afternoon. High around 65F. Winds NE at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30%.

Saturday (24 hours): Showers early. Highs in the mid 60s and lows in the low 60s.

Sunday (24 hours): A few thunderstorms possible. Highs in the mid 70s and lows in the low 60s.

This first picture looks like our President would enjoy a little R & R. Thanks, now I can look at the rest.

kitkat, you tell them that most of us have been praying for them since yesterday. I wrote a couple of letters to Russian papers to let them know that they were in our prayers. It's a horrible thing they're going through.

Photography truly depends on the person behind the camera. It all comes down to a good eye. :) Post some pictures so we can see your talent!

It's apparent that fishing is his favorite hobby.

Love the pictures tonight. Thanks again.

WHAT great pictures today.....speaking of Bush's fishing....my husband fished with a guide on the Bow River (Alberta) a couple of years ago who had been the guide for "Poppy".....said he was a really nice guy, and a good fisherman, too.

And....yes, the RNC has really outdone themselves with their CARTOON that's a response to the DNC's idiocy....ya gotta go see it.....

Good for you, tamikamaria. Also, how about putting up a sign saying, "Protect your Social Security. Vote Republican." That'll confuse those libs. And it will be true.

Can't say that I like the idea of money for support, especially with Russia. All Dubya needs to do is send him one of the trucks he has at the Ranch. Pooty poot will cave for sure.

Me either. I look forward to those chainsaw pictures, lol. On the positive side, maybe he and Laura will get lots of quality snuggle time by the fireplace. Everything here is muddy we've had so much rain, so I doubt he'll be outdoors much.

I will indeed tell them that you're praying for them. Also, they said there are two classes of schoolboys among the hostages. And you probably all know that the terrorists have taped explosives to some of the theatre seats, to the columns, and to the walls. And there have been two large explosions in the theatre. These hostage takers are thugs, brutes, animals. Everyone, PLEASE pray for the hostages.

Oh, Kitkat, isn't this horrible? I am praying for them, and can't imagine how fearful they all must be.

Oh heck, I have been trying to send you a birthday card and all I get is the address. Sorry --you are such a sweetheart that I wanted to make your birthday special. Oh, well, I wish you only the best and many thanks for your spiritual support. God bless you with many more birthdays.

you are so nice I hope you have a good one.
