That cult is worse than the Heaven's Gate group over in Cali.

I don't understand. I was under the impression this practice was about the individual and introspection. Why are you comparing them to a suicide cult. They didn't all poison the subway with sarin, possibly a radical branch. What else have you read or heard to make you so intolerant?

I guess what bugs me the most about this issue is that I am a Capitalist. If the Intercontinental wants to cancel their contract, they have every right to do so. I'm glad to see that the love of the almighty dollar doesn't stretch into every business in our society. I, too, am against the PRC Government, especially with them visiting my state and country.

My problem with this cult is that everyone is viewing them as a group which can do no wong. ;)

All anyone has to do is perform a search on Google for the Falun Gong, or any of their other sects, combined with the terms of Christian, and see what Christian perspectives there are on the group. Of the articles I have read on them, from a Christian perspective, I think they are a sinister group, attacking our country, just as the Muslims have. Our country's souls are in a spiritual battle and too many of you are content to sit back and let groups such as the Falun, or the Muslims, take over. Now that they are making headway, we see such events as 9/11. What will be the next major event??? I'm not saying that the Falun are going to go to the extremes that the Muslim's have, but they just go about it in a more subtle, spiritual way.

Christians can not let their spiritual guard down. We must put on the full armor of God, not just show up at Church on Saturday evenings or Sunday mornings. Wake up Christians!!

I will post an article which you may find of interest in a following post. (By the way, I do realize that the majority of Chinese newspapers are Communist controlled, so we must be careful in what we read from a factual standpoint.)
