[history]
If you've shivered through the month and were hoping for a return to normal temperatures, forget it. The forecast calls for highs in the mid-20s by Wednesday.
That is at least 20 degrees colder than normal.
This is much like it has been for most of October. Yes, it has been unseasonably cold. Since the beginning of the month, temperatures have averaged 6.3 degrees below normal, which makes this one of the three coldest Octobers in the Twin Cities since recordkeeping began in 1891.

I'm sure you are wrong! Al Gore and the other American-hating lefists have made it quite clear that, since Mr. Bush didn't sign the Kyoto Agreement, it was going to start getting even warmer around the globe.

(As I sit in southern CA-60 deg)

Colder than normal = proof of global warming
Warmer than normal = proof of global warming
Normal = proof of global warming

10 degrees on the banks of the Missouri river in Lewis and Clark county, Montana this morning.

Snow on the ground, 2-4 inches, cold, 22 degrees F. cloudy, and a little breeze, Rapid City SD. Usually we wait till halloween before the bad stuff shows up. Elm trees and some others still fully leafed out.

LOL!

If its hot, its due to global warming. If its cold, its also due to global warming. I'm beginning to see a pattern here.

It's been the coolest summer in Houston that I can remember. We didn't break 100° even once.

"Colder than normal = proof of global warming
Warmer than normal = proof of global warming
Normal = proof of global warming"
LOL, LOL, LOL!
31 degrees and snow on the ground and more on the way.

LOL, you have a singular wit, and have seen thru the conspiracy.
You see, the main assumption of all the climate model computers(so far) is just that - Global Warming will happen.
Makes no difference what data you put in it always comes out as getting warmer. I've noticed that voting in a democratic controlled county tends to be like that too, no matter who you vote for, you get a D.

Let's see
our Sun warms the planet & our Ocean's warm up
Warm water flows North & South with the currents and melts the Icepacks
Massive Icebergs break off and drift South (Or North from Antarctica) melting as they go, releasing massive amounts of fresh water that dilutes the heaver cold Saltwater that then slows down, then breaks the cycle of the Ocean Conveyor that brings the warm water up our Eastern Seaboard and to Europe
Result
colder temperatures in North America, the Artic and the Antarctic and Europe
Ice sheets rebuild and expand
This cycle has been going on for countless Centuries
the Ice Cores prove the peaks and valleys of warm and cold temperatures
if we believe Man has been around for only a short time, and then who was the cause for the other Global Warming ?????
