But of the threats to the US, the most troubling threat is the enemy within, those self-hating Americans who have abandoned hope, whose embittered minds view everything as a conspiracy; who would undermine every effort of the nation to succeed in its battle with terror; and, whose perverted greed and lust for power is exceeded only by self-hatred. Those empty, embittered souls have no vision, no ambition and no future. The great danger they pose is that in their frustrated lust for power, they would join forces with "al quida" to destroy this Nation for their own perverted purposes...") (101802)
