Most people who would bandy terms like "N----r" about so loosely would be engaging in a "Hate Crime". But since this "crime" is defined by the very people who like to consider this act as "humorous" or "joking", why, of COURSE it couldn't be a crime.
Could it?

Mind you, these are the people who sneer at the phrase "compassionate conservatism" and screech about the politics of personal destruction.

Jesse Jackass insisted that a major motion picture directed and written by black artists be cut in order to eliminate material he thought was offensive.
I'm sure he'll just sit idly by as a white DJ does something that is truly low and vicious.

You know, if the top 100 Washington officials (including the president) were black conservatives, these people would still go digging around for some powerful white man to call the chain-puller. I'm about at the point where I'm losing hope of ever getting certain ideas through to some people, and I don't usually say things like that.

The Justice Department ought to prosecute the singer, song writer and production company for
'hate crimes.' Teach them a lesson ....

And to think on one of those threads discussing Condi being Vice-President and then President someday, a poster pooh-poohed this possibility, stating nobody knows who she is. I disagreed vigorously with this assertion.
Well, the other camp considers her a threat, the hateful creeps.

I hope a lot of people are taking note of how these Dims are behaving.

The phrase "Kiss a N----r good morning" isn't racist?"This isn't just leveled at Rice, but is a parody about black people." As such it isn't racist?
She's a "high-toned public Negro..." This isn't racist?
"Is you their black-haired answer-mammy who be smart? Does they like how you shine their shoes, Condoleezza? Or the way you wash and park the whitey's cars." And these comments weren't racist?
He's just goofing around and this doesn't have anything to do with racism?
Well these comments are offensive to me. They are explicitly racist by my standards. Calling Rice a Ni--er, a high-toned public Negro, a black-haired answer-mammy who shines their shoes and washes and parks whitey's car, seems blatantly racist to me.
But then this is a Democrat. Everyone knows Democrats can't be racists.
Like HELL they can't.
Not only is this person a racist, he's a contemptable excuse for a human being and a major asshole!
I'm sure Jessie Jackson will be all over this... NOT! These two are ideological brothers.

More proof that black conservatives are the bravest people in America, hands down. They know the professional race industry is going to sling the vilest crap they can come up with at them, but they don't let that deter them. Fact that even white liberals feel comfortable flat out calling Dr. Rice what they usually refer to as "The N Word" shows that all pretense has been dropped. If you're not on the leftwing plantation, you're an un-person.

What is it about lefties that they have such a stunted sense of humor?
To: Tumbleweed_Connection
Ms. Rice has done far more for her race just by being where she is than a legion of clowns the likes of Jesse Jackson and Belafonte. There is little hope for the advancement of a people who villify Rice and Powell and lionize Rodney King.
To: alloysteel
I think one of the very chilling dangers of "hate crimes" is that they are defined and prosecuted selectively.

This article made me livid, but then... most of what the dumb-o-crats do makes me livid.
Once again, a liberal shows his true racist leanings when an 'uppity negro' gets too big for his/her britches. Halle Berry can screech all she wants about being such an important role-model for 'women of color' (as opposed to us transparent white women...I guess), but she has nothing on Condi.
Oh sure, a lib will champion blacks till the proverbial cows come home--but if one dares step out of line and escapes the plantation, whoa be it to them. Hell hath no fury like a condescending, some-of-my-best-friends liberal scorned.
But, of course, as Harry Belafonte will tell you, it's we Repubs/conservatives who are the true racists.
I wonder if this Boca Brian smears black Kiwi polish on his face (leaving a pale outline around his lips, naturally) when he sings this...
Off to pound my head against a wall. Idiots, I tell you, idiots!
