As I said before 10 million would be better,but don't you think 500.0000 is enough for most anybody to turn in a wacko like this? The fact he is asking for 10 million dollars does make me suspect there is no Jihad type of group behind all this killing,just an uncommon and extremely violent individual or small group.

Let me ask you a question, Rocksale. Why is it that when the lottery reaches $10 million there are many more people buying lottery tickets, even to the point of long lines and overtaxing the machines, than when it is only $500K? IMO, there will be a significantly larger number of people who would turn this person or persons in if the reward was bumped up to $10 mil.
