"Award-winning journalism" indeed! These journalism awards, like local Emmys, are as valuable and meaningful as Cracker Jack prizes. The awards are passed back and forth between a small group of colleagues.
Recently we learned just how objectively the bestowal of a "serious" prize like the Nobel is made, i.e. not objectively at all.

I dunno, greatbeast, some crackerjack prizes are pretty valuable on todays market. The old ones anyway.

Yes, kinda like Jimmy's Nobel Peace Prize isn't it? A joke instead of the prestigious award I once thought it to be!
