Janet Napolitano's career has been to obtain power; much like Mrs. Clinton, anyway she can get it. She is a tax and spend Democrat, one who heavily favors the EPA, more rules and regulations but has little to offer Arizona. Her stand on home schooling is a little frightening. I seriously doubt she would make an even passably good governor for this state. She is the typical Democratic Party yes person; she has done little out of her current office to help Arizonians.
The term front runner is pure spin.

It is very sad that Napolitano is so competitive. I don't know whether it is because of
a) changing demographics with so many immigrants from mexico
b) because some republicans strongly dislike the conservatives and will switch to dem when a conservative like Salmon wins on the republican side
c) people are fed up with the republican leadership that allowed such destructive tax credits under Hull and want to make a statement over it.
Probably all 3 of these are factors as well as that Janet is slick, she projects a good image. I'm with Matt all the way though.
