Nope......not my kid.....it's one thing to say there's "one in a million chances, blah, blah," it's quite another when you don't know who you're dealing with (i.e., a psycho, a terrorist cell .... because now the "odds" are shot (no pun intended). We've got a wacko or somebody intentionally out there planning and plotting next victim. IMO, this changes the "odds" from "random accidents."

Israel has dealt with this sort of thing for decades. They don't shut down their country, which is smaller than the area in which these snipings have been happening.

Agreed. I generally like Dennis Prager, but he was a big blowhard on this topic yesterday. I felt he was really "brave" (sarcasm)to be sitting out in LA commenting on Americans being cowards because they won't get about their lives in the DC area. I know I wouldn't be risking my own children and family members to prove the odds right.
