Moreover, can terrorism be divorced from the internal situation in Yemen? The Americans don't have to look far to see what might happen if they insist on pursuing their vendetta against Iraq. In the very heart of their capital city, a lone sniper has been picking off people at random, sowing panic, and bringing ordinary life to a standstill. What is going to prevent small bands of terrorists from doing the same? The Washington sniper might not be a terrorist; but who says that terrorists cannot be snipers?") (101902)
