JUST BREAKING!!! Police confirm another shooting. But are not sure if it is related.

I can't get the thought out of my head that these shooters are many and they are not leaving the area after they take a shot. In my mind this is a coordinated cell effort and they just slip into a safe house after each shooting.

WTTG/CNN showing several school buses caught in the traffic that is at a standstill, stretching for miles.

First 911 at 5:56 per WTOP radio. School will be effectively cancelled with the traffic stopped the way it is. The traffic reporter wouldn't list the roadblocks but it sounds like there are lots of them.

How do you ascertain WHO sent the note and WHO made the call?
We need to keep kids inside at all times, not just AFTER a shooting. Hopefully they are already doing this.

I'd be interested in commonalities between businesses, homes, etc. that could serve as safe houses. The sniper is probably getting away on foot, not by vehicle.
