JUST BREAKING!!! Police confirm another shooting. But are not sure if it is related.

If the victim is really an African American male in Montgomery County, the sniper probably wasn't buying the bad-audio explanation by Charles Moose yesterday. Man, I hope Moose catches this bastard and soon.

Oh great, I bet here come the sniper ladies. ULULULULULULULU!!! Woman shooters (and all these have been small bullet shootings) can sometimes aim better than men, for the same training.

Looking at the helicopter shots of the scene. There are woods all along the street on the side where the Ride On bus is stopped. I note that there is an almost V-shaped crease in the woods right where the bus is, leaving plenty of open space between the bus and the recessed part of the woods. There is also some sort of larger open space behind the crease--a basketball court and playground.

This is so close to home. These are my old stomping grounds and Gates of Heaven is where my father and uncle are buried. All of my family still lives in the area.

Same here on all counts. My mother is less than five miles from where this happened.

WTOP radio interview: witness walking dog, heard gunshot, dog stopped. Heard TWO MORE SHOTS. Went home, heard sirens. He is confident he heard 3 gunshots. 1 shot, then 2 more after 10 seconds.

With what I'm hearing on TV and scanner, I'm sitting tight at home. No way I'd get into DC at the moment anyway. All traffic is totally stopped. Will call work and tell them I'll get there when roads re-open. Cops don't need me getting in their way right now...

Geez. There is too much ground to cover and check cars at the same time. BTW I lived in Old Town until June and shopped frequently at the Home Depot, Frugal Fannies (when it was still operating) and the Barnes & Noble where the FBI employee was shot. My friends live across Rt. 7. It has been creepy watching the news.

Agreed. I generally like Dennis Prager, but he was a big blowhard on this topic yesterday. I felt he was really "brave" (sarcasm)to be sitting out in LA commenting on Americans being cowards because they won't get about their lives in the DC area. I know I wouldn't be risking my own children and family members to prove the odds right.

I hate to say it but it could have been nearly anyone who PUT the note where it was found.......a policeman or an "agent" or nearly anyone. This whole thing is one bad joke! It sure took any attention off the OKC-Muslim-Jayna Davis-Arlen Sphincter story and everything else. (By the way, the Sphincter punked out on an appearance he was to make last night on Pittsburgh TV to talk about OKC/Muslim connection. Single Bullet Sphincter-what a never-ending whore!)

Back to the shooter(s). I say, tell the guy, if he must continue, go out to Berserk-ley!

Exactly! I think that's what was burning me up about Prager yesterday. He was putting Israelis on a pedestal for their bravery and I kept thinking the same thing, they've had years to adjust to this, DC area residents have not and the fact that there are targets out there proves that people are not all holed up in their homes.

MoCo is now announcing that officers at roadblocks are to inspect each vehicle, let through one vehicle at a time. Lookout vehicle is white van with (para)"number 2 hispanic looking or similar male". Number 2 is white.
