I believe someone else is playing the LEO's on the phone thing and the notes hoping to get some dollars from it ... I beleive the perps (probably terrorists) are going to keep on working their plan.

These two guys were just caught in a knee jerk IMHO.

That's my speculation from a long ways off.

I pray it is not terrorists and I pray that the terrorists don't execute a plan in 50 cities or more at once.
