Does anyone know anther theory apart from the phone booth scenario (unless of course Moose and his fellow cops are just trying to bluff to the media they know what they are doing)?

I have skimmed through some of the 500+ posts, so if someone else has mentioned this before, forgive me! I saw on another board (Starts with a "L") that someone made the point that the number left behind could have been 911, and of course the sniper could call that number and leave it...My mind also thought of 9-11 instead of 911.......has 911 be mentioned 100 times before????
