Chief Moose is a little high strung

Maybe the shooter has focused on Moose as his contact and demanded Moose be in charge of communication. That would be very unnerving - esp. if the number was Moose's home phone.

I would HATE to think that the sniper was in MY area with the STUPID people we have in the Sheriff's office at this time! Hope to change that soon...

After watching Chief Ramsey of DC last year and now Chief Moose, it's obvious the only reason these two have their jobs is affirmative action!

In no way is it ability!
