Does it seem to anyone else beside me that Chief Moose is a little high strung for a person in his position?

After watching Chief Ramsey of DC last year and now Chief Moose, it's obvious the only reason these two have their jobs is affirmative action!

In no way is it ability!

And when they catch the guy will you still stay that?

I wonder why neither chief has the sense to assign the duty of having these press conferences to a subordinate.

Take some time out before nailing Moose. When this is over Moose will get his report card. Some very bright people stumble on their words (look at G.W.B). Moose is under a great deal of pressure and probably is privied to information that can not be released to the public.
