Unbelievable: Maryland may prosecute O’Keefe for shooting ACORN video

Is ACORN Intentionally Structured as a Criminal Enterprise?
Thanks for posting. I'm just stunned to see any Congressional Committee doing this investigation. How did the Dems fail to quash it?

You don't have to read very long to get the answer to the the question posed in the title. The second sentence of the first paragraph of the Executive Summary says it all...

Both structurally and operationally, ACORN hides behind a paper wall of nonprofit corporate protections to conceal a criminal conspiracy on the part of its directors, to launder federal money in order to pursue a partisan political agenda and to manipulate the American electorate.

This is LONG overdue. I am just furious that our tax money supports this subversion of our government.

Well, you can’t say we aren’t trying to make a difference:

An update on the Diebold Voting Machines

On Thursday, December 8, 2011, Golden Isles Tea Party goldenislesteaparty@gmail.com wrote:

Dear Fellow TP Members:

Brief update here and request for your help.

-Nov. 21- Garland Favorito (VoterGa.org) and a few Tea Party leaders met with Sec. Brian Kemp to ask him to replace the Diebold voting machines with a verifiable system. The Secretary was adamant that he did not run for election on this issue but, after much discussion did agree to consider this if someone will introduce legislation through him first. He said that we need to discuss the issue with Governor Deal and he agreed to meet with us again.

-The request to meet with Gov. Deal was entered on Nov. 21 and was denied on Dec. 2. The office agreed to take the request back to the Governor and get back with me. (Still waiting for that call).

-Rep. Harry Geisinger of Roswell and Senator McKoon from the Columbus district agree with our position and will take the lead if we can get more legislators on board. Rep. Stacey Abrams has agreed to review the issues and make a decision.

-Now is the time. We can’t wait until after Christmas on this one. Please share the facts with your legislators and get them on board with us.
I will add a list of talking points Jan put together.

Bullet points for discussion On Voter Fraud and Diebold Voting Machines
Georgia’s Diebold voting machines do not have a way to do recounts if an election is in question. There is no paper trail.

The current Diebold voting machines are at the end of their 10-year life cycle. They were installed in 2002 and need to be replaced with something that is more secure and verifiable. Optical Scanners would be one way to go. Since they need to be replaced anyway, why not do so with a good, verifiable system? Now is the time! We are spending money now replacing and repairing these machines.
Many studies have proven that the Diebold machines are easy to “hack.” The machines and the cards are being sold on EBay. This is the LA Times Article on that: http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2011/03/for-sale-100-infamous-diebold-voting-machines-available-on-ebay.html
The state of MD conducted a study on their Diebold voting machines. They have systems like ours. The entire legislature voted to replace the machines with more secure systems. In that case it was the optical scanners. However, the Governor stopped the effort. They concluded, that while some money would be required the first 8 years to install the machines, the new system would save the state money from that time forward. The same would be true in GA. http://74.6.238.254/search/srpcache?ei=UTF-8&p=MD+Study+%2B+Diebold+voting+machines&fr=yfp-t-830&u=http://cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q=MD+Study+%2b+Diebold+voting+machines&d=4946810557435065&mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&w=297178c4,a7ecd488&icp=1&.intl=us&sig=3KTA6LcIR9uQ4_wONGG0lA
Also, GA previously had the optical scan systems. Therefore, they have already been approved by the Justice Dept.

*HELP
Please contact your Representatives. Ask them to support verifiable voting in Ga. Please let us know the responses you hear ASAP. Respond to any of the people cc’d on this email. We especially need to contact members of the appropriation committee to gain their support.
Suggest donations to www.voterga.org . This is a great TAX DEDUCTIBLE donation for 2011. Money donated here will not go to any salaries or overhead. Money donated will be spent on voter fraud issues only, ie billboards, ads, signs, legal fees.

We have been told we need a ground swell of concern to make this an issue for Ga policy makers so I am counting on YOU to make that happen. Phone calls & emails to Sec Brian Kemp would be appreciated. Please ask your groups to make the calls.

Thank you,
Dxxx Sxxx
