My biggest give aways that I spend too much time on the computer are:
When the laundry room is so full of dirty clothes the door won't open!
When it is almost time for my husband to come home and I am still in my pj's!
When in normal conversation when I want to convey that something is amusing, I say., "LOL!" (now that is embarrassing!)
And last but not least, when someone calls and asks what I am doing and I answer, "I am freeping!" They have no idea what I am talking about of course!

When you are reading a book and look for the scroll bar to get to the next page.

Several times, when I've stuck a Post-It note onto my screen so I won't forget something, I've found it blocking my view of something on the screen I wanted to see, so... I try to drag-and-drop it elsewhere with my mouse pointer.

I'll get it to work one of these days.

I usually keep my post-its propped up in back my keyboard.

That way they don't interfere with my screen.

When you're always saying "This POS is too damn slow"!

When the last addictive game you have is now boring.

When you keep checking FR every 5 minutes for something new and interesting. At 3 AM

When you check your email every 5 minutes.

When you run in from work right past your naked spouse and start the comp go back and service your spouse just in time for the comp to stop loading.
