I was listening to Mike Reagan during this discussion. Said that the term, "Mister Policeman" reveals some type of "respect" for cops, and that the shooter could have shot that state cop but chose not to and seems to "want" the cops to understand he respects them...

I was listening to Mike Reagan during this discussion. Said that the term, "Mister Policeman" reveals some type of "respect" for cops, and that the shooter could have shot that state cop but chose not to and seems to "want" the cops to understand he respects them... Or maybe the shooter would have had to crawl over the passenger seat or go around to the passenger side to make the shot. I don't see any "respect" for anyone -- man, woman, or child.
The poor guy at the gas station was probably just an easier target.
