This article shows the contempt that judges have for the U.S. Constitution. They will spare no taxpayer dollar to incarcerate those bold enough to challenge their authority.

Forward this article far and wide.

This goes all the way to the State Supreme Courts. They have to exercise this to keep people slaves to the system.
I am 63 and a retired police officer. I was wrongly accused, charged, tried and convicted without ever being allowed to present my case to a jury of my peers. I have been kept quite and the South Carolina Broadcasters Association and the South Carolina Newspaper Association entered into a suit with my accuser and the South Carolina Supreme Court ruled against me and in the same article aknowledged I told the truth, then they turned around and made me pay for the other parties lawyer.
I am supposed to have my web site up this coming week and would appreciate very much you all passing the word when it comes up. I will the URL on the Free Republic site if allowed. I am going to print facts and then show the two sides of the Just-US - System of South Carolina. I am not looking for anything other than to expose what I consider a dual system of justice and you will understand if I get it up and running. I have been at it for almost two months I believe, each time I thought I had it I ran into something that set me back.It is truly later than most people think and it is getting past the point of trusting government and the system and this plays into the LIBERALS hands unfortunately.

Speaking of jurisdiction, isn't the job of interpreting the Constitution just a tad above a police sergeant's pay grade?

I'm posting this for your reading pleasure - or not. Take what you find here or leave it because I'm not going to debate what's at this link, it speaks for itself. The fact that I'm posting this link on this thread has nothing to do with the individual mentioned at the beginning of this post - I take no position in that matter because I haven't had time to research it.

Let this nut starve himself to death if he likes. What a trip -- a retired "dedicated police sergeant" claiming he doesn't have to have a license to drive on public roads! I wonder how many people he stopped and demanded a license from during his dedicated career?

Besides the privilages we have from the federal government which we have signed contracts to receive ( drivers license , marriage license , SS , W2's W4's , birth certificates , hunting and fishing licenses giving up our Rights as United States of America Citizens protected by our Constitution and accepting a corporate position in the United States ( federal government), our courts have been Admirality courts since 1938.

We have NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS in an Admirality court.

Besides that America has been under the Emergency Powers Act since Roosevelt , which gives the Executive branch power over all of us.

Our government has done everything possible to get around our Constitution in order to convince us that it is outdated.

When in fact it is the only thing stopping Bush from sending out cattle trucks and forcing us to get the oil in Iraq.

This sets a dangerous preceden[t]. The same philosophy was practiced within the Third Reich. Adolph Hitler had people incarcerated under mental health simply for holding an opposing view.

I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate knowing that being a prisoner of the Nazis was no worse than getting a traffic ticket, a day in court, an appropriate amount of hassling for acting childishly in court, and a psychiatric interview. Until now I thought that being a prisoner of the Nazis was an ugly experience.
