It was the Oregon cell, I think. I don't believe he went to sniper school, but he did get general American Army weapons training. He wasn't in the service very long, as I recall.

12 shooting not yet done may be north dot. Maryland Beltway.

He does a middle dot then does the opposite sides of each middle dot.
