There's no reason a white male with sandy hair couldn't be a Chechen or a Bosnian. Sniper killings of civilians were a big feature of the Bosnian war.
I don't think so. Looks like a homegrown nut with a mission or some idea he is GOD! We've had them in the past in this country. But they often make mistakes and we will catch them.
You know, I've heard people argue that the sniper's a 1) left wing nut, 2) right wing nut, 3) ex-military nut, or 4) a terrorist nut.
But ONE THING IS CLEAR. This guy is a nut.
