Gov. Perry did well in the debate with Sanchez last night, but it was a reporter asking a question of Sanchez who gutted him live.
"You say the Savings and Loan that failed was not your fault because you were merely on the Board of Directors, but actually you and your father owned 70% of the bank. And the reason that the bank failed was because of nonperforming and preference loans given to your friends...."
WOW! I wish we had reporters like that in California.
sorry I am just getting back to you on this. I missed the debate because of previous plans, but i hear there is more coming. thanks for that bit of news. always makes my day to hear this kind of stuff after what i heard at the luncheon the other day.
